Real Estate Porn: Cayman Edition

9 Jan

Honey I’m Home! The mothership has landed and it’s landed in the Cayman Islands. It’s got all the things I look for, a pool, a view, modern clean design, and it’s in the Caribbean! In other words, I’ve found the place where I want to park my yacht at the end of the day. Now I just need someone to borrow me $60 million… Any takers?

Yeah I didn’t think so. Anyways Mango Readers, prepare for a fairly extensive real estate porno, as this beach-side mansion is packed from bottom to top with incredible features. It’s called Castillo Caribe and to give you a little preview, the place has 8 bedroom suites and 12 bathrooms and an elevator. So lets start from the bottom and work our way up!

BASEMENT

Kids play room, games rooms (pool, table tennis, foosball), spa, gym, grotto, rooms for future use.

Children's Play Room

The basement play room is 4,000 sq ft in size and comes with a bouncy castle, swingset & slide, ball pit, seesaw, sofas and bean bags. I probably wouldn’t change this regardless of whether I have children… A ball pit? Are you kidding me??? Love it!

Theater

To give you a visual, this 120″ screen is about twice as long as I am. There’s also a 400 multi-disc blu-ray DVD player and SONY 7.2 digital surround sound. No big deal. Oh and there are three other smaller projection TV’s scattered around the house, 11 LCD flat screens, and 22 sound “zones” linked to the entire house wide stereo system.

Patio

SECOND FLOOR

Two Master Suites, 3 more bedroom suites (two children’s suites and one teenager suite), guest suite with living/dining/kitchen area, and the Kids lounge. All suites come with own bathroom with shower and tub and at least one walk-in closet. Oh and balconies too.

THIRD FLOOR

Sun-deck, helipad (I feel like, when your house comes with a helipad, that’s probably a sign that you’ve hit the big time, maybe…), Great Room gallery, access to observatory atop tower.

EXTERIOR AND YARD

Besides a tennis court and pool, the property includes tropical gardens and 250 feet of pristine white sand beach front. There are also 80 trees including numerous tropical fruit trees (fresh banana anyone?). Sculptures, Tiki torches, and a hammock and cabana complete your paradise. Oh and I almost forgot, there’s a “cricket” net or some such nonsense. You can bet there would be a fast-pitch pitching machine in there so fast your head would spin.

In conclusion. Gorgeous house. Huge house. Huger price tag. But it’s always fun to look 🙂

I think I need to go to the ER to get my jaw put back on, it didn’t just drop it fell completely off! You always post the most amazing and beautiful homes. Although, I think this place should really be referred to as a small village in one building. If I had to pick just one thing, which is hard to do, I would have to say the grotto. That is just insane and I want one, even if it was all I had!

Haha you’d live in a grotto? LOL. Are you a mermaid Mike?

I have no idea what my favorite part is. There are so many! That Great Room is ridiculous, but I love the Dining Room and Patio as well…

When you become rich, famous and can afford a place like this (or THIS place), could I come to visit for a few days? I won’t stay forever because that would just be odd, but I’m sure we could tolerate each other for a few days non-stop. I’ll bring some wine…

Never mind the wine….I see that you will have a whole room full of the yummy elixir. How about if I bring some new wine glasses instead?

Bring nothing and stay as long as you like! We won’t get sick of each other because my house is so big we’ll be lucky to see each other at all!!! – Love from Future Billionaire Jennee
